A mixture of black & white peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, black & white cumin seeds, black, brown, and green cardamon pods crushed into powder form.
A mixture of coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek and red pepper crushed into powder form.
Unripe green mangoes are dried and powdered to make amchoor powder, a tart pale beige to brownish powder used in dishes where acidity is required. Mango powder (Amchur) is used to add a sour tangy fruity flavor without moisture in northern Indian dishes.

It’s the dried and powdered resin from a tree Curry leaves – Small green leaves come from a tree.
Comes in the form of powder as a seasoning and the fresh green leaves are used for garnishing.
