Mango Powder

Unripe green mangoes are dried and powdered to make amchoor powder, a tart pale beige to brownish powder used in dishes where acidity is required. Mango powder (Amchur) is used to add a sour tangy fruity flavor without moisture in northern Indian dishes.

Cumin Powder

Is a flowering plant in the family, native from the east Mediterranean to India. Its seeds (each one contained within a fruit, which is dried) are used in the cuisines of many different cultures, in both whole and ground form.
